Our team, currently numbering 7 specialists, prepares a preliminary defense strategy in less than one business day. In 2023, we helped a transport company from Gdynia regain licenses after an incorrect interpretation of regulations on driver working hours blocked their fleet of 23 trucks. We focus on hard documents, not on pleas for mercy. We organize and conduct explanatory meetings on your behalf. We know how to talk to department directors to switch from attack mode to clarifying inconsistencies mode. Often the problem results from a lack of communication, not from the ill will of the entrepreneur. In the last 11 months, we participated in 31 such meetings in Pomeranian offices. We build bridges, not walls, which in 12 cases ended in a settlement or change of an unfavorable decision without going to court. Our proxy makes sure that every minute of the conversation is recorded truthfully in the protocol.

Protection of liquidity and work continuity

Maintaining operational liquidity is a priority, especially when payroll for employees or deadlines for contractors are threatened. If the office blocks an account or revokes an environmental permit, we check alternative legal paths that will allow you to complete current orders. In March 2024, we helped a small printing house avoid a penalty of PLN 12,500 by correcting errors in the BDO notification within just 3 days of the inspection.
