Administrative Risk Audit

We enter the company and check the documentation for potential inspections. We look for weak points in environmental permits, building permits, and concessions. It's better to find an error yourself than to wait for an inspector. After the audit, you get a list of things to improve with priorities according to potential penalty amounts.

Where do penalties in offices come from?

Officials in Gdańsk and the surrounding area check documents very carefully. Often an error results from overlooking one date in a water law permit or lack of entry in the BDO system. At Kapituła Strategiczna, we reviewed 54 such files last year. We see that most problems are simple oversights, not intentional law-breaking. We speak plainly: offices rarely forgive lack of knowledge, so we check everything before they do.

What exactly do we check during the audit?

Our 3-person team comes to your headquarters and for about 4.71 hours analyzes the most important administrative decisions. We don't look for trouble, but for specific gaps that an environmental protection or building supervision inspector will catch. Without bureaucratic newspeak, we explain to you what in your documentation is a ticking time bomb. We focus on facts, not on scaring.

  • Validity of gaseous and dust emission permits.
  • Compliance of held concessions with the current business profile.
  • Correctness of entries in waste records and timeliness of reports.
  • Technical documentation of buildings and deadlines for mandatory inspections.

List of priorities instead of thick reports

After finishing the work, you will not receive a thick binder from us with theory that no one reads. We prepare a short list, usually containing from 4 to 9 specific points for improvement. Each has an assigned estimated penalty amount that the office may impose during an inspection. We build bridges, not walls, so we also suggest how to fix these errors as quickly as possible using simple solutions.

Arguments instead of emotions is our main principle in risk assessment. In December 2023, we helped a small wholesaler from Pruszcz Gdański avoid a fine of PLN 6,400 because we found an error in the documentation 12 days before the officials' visit. Such prevention costs a fraction of what eventual appeals, financial penalties, and stress related to halting plant work cost.

Sometimes we are honest advisors – if an error is serious and requires long straightening in the office, we will not color reality. We immediately present a realistic schedule of corrective actions. We respect your time, so we plan the audit not to tear the entire staff away from work. We just need access to the archive and a short talk with the person responsible for administration in your company.
