We speak plainly: the result from the calculator is not a commercial offer in the sense of the law, but only initial information for your budget. Every case in the office is different. Sometimes 14 hours of work is enough, and sometimes the problem requires 3.2 hours of additional consultations with an external expert.

We provide the exact amount only after a short analysis of your documents, which we usually do within 72 hours. Our base rate is 480 PLN per hour of consultation, but with constant legislative monitoring we switch to a subscription model. Using the calculator, you get an indicative picture of costs, which facilitates making a decision about further contact. Remember that the final valuation depends on the complexity of the case and the degree of difficulty of talks with the regulator.

We advise based on our knowledge and 8 years of experience in Gdańsk offices. However, public administration can be unpredictable. We cannot guarantee that every office will issue a decision according to your thought, because the final voice always belongs to the official. We provide hard arguments and care for deadlines, which on average shortens the waiting time by 43 days, but we are not a decision-making organ.

Regulations in Poland change quickly, therefore always before making an important business decision we recommend a direct talk with our consultant.
