At Kapituła Strategiczna, we assume that in relations with offices, arguments mean more than emotions. In March 2024, we led the case of a small construction company from Gdynia that received a call to pay 11,400 PLN in overdue administrative penalties. Instead of writing flowery letters about the company's history, we sat down to analyze the regulations and found one specific procedural error by the official. Thanks to this, the penalty was canceled within 18 business days, and the owner could return to work without stress about financial liquidity.
Our team currently numbers 5 people, and each of us worked earlier on the other side of the desk or in consulting for small enterprises. We do not promise that we will solve every problem because the law can be inexorable. If, after analyzing your documents, we decide that the chances of success are less than 23%, we will tell you straight in the eye during the first talk. We respect your time and do not want you to spend money on battles that simply cannot be won.
We apply the rule: no bureaucratic newspeak. When we prepare an opinion, we do not use compound sentences that take up half a page. (By the way, many lawyers do this only to justify a high invoice). You get a specific list of steps from us: what to sign, where to send, and how much it will cost. Our reports rarely exceed 3 pages of text because we know you run a business, not a reading room. Last year, as many as 47 regular clients appreciated exactly this lack of unnecessary fluff.
We respond to inquiries within 3.5 hours on standard business days. Kapituła Strategiczna is not a corporation where your mail circulates between departments for a week. You immediately reach the person who handles your topic. In 2023, we closed 83 consulting projects, most of which concerned environmental inspections and permits for the use of commercial facilities in Gdańsk and surrounding counties.
Focus on facts, not on promises
We build bridges, not walls, which means that we talk substantively with officials. Instead of arguments, we choose hard evidence and clear documentation. In April, we helped the owner of a car workshop straighten out the issue of hazardous waste records, which allowed him to avoid an inspection that could have ended in closing the premises for 14 days. The cost of our help was 2,400 PLN lower than the penalties he faced for lack of proper entries in the BDO system.
We work in the office in Gdańsk at 62 Podwale Staromiejskie St. from Monday to Thursday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. On Fridays we close the office at 2:30 PM so each of us can rest and return on Monday with a clear mind to your cases. The first phone consultation usually lasts 20 minutes and allows us to reliably assess whether we can even help in your case. If not – we will advise you which other specialist is worth going to, without taking a penny for it.
