An official letter doesn't have to lie on a desk for a month
Most companies fall into a slight panic when they receive a call from building supervision or trade inspection. Instead of acting, they wait for developments, which usually ends with a penalty. At Kapituła Strategiczna, we act differently. When you send us a scan of a document, our clock starts right away. In 72 hours, we analyze the content and tell you directly whether you have a real problem or it's just a simple formality. We don't use bureaucratic newspeak because we know time and clear instructions on what to do next matter.
Three steps to your answer
Our process is simple and repeatable. First, you upload the documents to our secure server or send them directly to Ms. Marta from our office in Gdańsk at Podwale Staromiejskie 62. Then two of our consultants check the current case law and the last 14 decisions of similar offices in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. Finally, you get a one-page summary from us. You won't find fluff there, only specific points and paragraphs that matter to your wallet and peace of mind.
What does the report contain after 72 hours?
You will get a very specific signal from us. If the case is winnable at the clarification stage, we write exactly what arguments to use in the conversation with the official. If the company actually made an error, we calculate the real amount of the potential penalty and check how to legally reduce it. In the report from November 14, 2024, for a small manufacturing plant near Pruszcz Gdański, we showed that the official misinterpreted the waste regulation, which saved the owner from paying an unfair fee of PLN 4,350.
Why speed matters in GR?
In relations with administration, the first move and meeting mandatory deadlines count. If you reply after 14 days, you often lose the right to an effective defense. Our team consists of 7 people, some of whom worked earlier on the other side of the desk in the Gdańsk city hall. We know what the document flow looks like and what actually interests the inspector. We use this knowledge so you don't have to guess what the author of the letter meant. We build bridges, not walls, so we look for an agreement instead of an unnecessary war with the system.
Arguments instead of emotions on your desk
We don't promise miracles because administrative law is not magic, but a craft. We speak plainly: if an error in a subsidy application is beyond repair, we will tell you so immediately instead of dragging you into further consultations. Our analysis performed in 3.2 business hours allows you to make a decision based on facts, not on fear of a financial penalty. We work between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM (on Fridays until 3:30 PM), so if you send a letter on Monday morning, you will receive an answer by Thursday at morning coffee at the latest. Sometimes, for simple inquiries about road occupation, we managed to finish in 26 hours.
