For 7 years I have been translating official language into business language

In 2017 I founded Kapituła Strategiczna because I saw how efficient companies waste time on correcting applications that could have been flawless from the start. I have 11 years of work at the junction of law and administration. For 4 years I worked in one of the Gdańsk control departments, so I know what an official looks at first when opening a documentation folder. I speak plainly if a project has slim chances of quick approval, and I do not promise miracles where regulations are rigid.

Last year I conducted 43 administrative proceedings, 38 of which ended according to my clients' wishes in the first instance. I do not deal with high politics, only specific cases, such as environmental decisions or permits for unusual facility use. In March 2024, I helped a local logistics company avoid a penalty of PLN 14,200 by demonstrating errors in the office's control procedure. Arguments instead of emotions is my daily working method.

We build bridges, not walls, so I focus on reliable preparation of facts before every meeting in the office. My experience shows that 9 out of 10 conflicts with administration result from an incorrect interpretation of one sentence in the regulations.
