In 2023, we handled the cases of 47 companies from the Pomeranian region whose building permit applications or environmental decisions had been lying motionless for over 8 months. We know that in business time is concrete money. Instead of sending emotional complaints to offices, we analyze the documentation from a legal and procedural point of view. We look for errors that block an official from issuing a decision. It often turns out that one wrong interpretation of a provision halts an investment worth millions.

While working on the expansion of a production plant near Gdańsk in March last year, we found an oversight in a water law report that had been blocking the case for 11 months. Correcting this one document took us 5 business days, and the office issued a decision in the next 14 days. The client thus avoided a contractual penalty for delay in the amount of 23,400 PLN.
