At Kapituła Strategiczna, we do not forward your documents to an anonymous customer service department. From the first meeting in our office at Podwale Staromiejskie, you talk to a partner who takes full responsibility for your project. In 2023, we personally conducted 43 complex administrative proceedings in Gdańsk and the surrounding area. We know the specifics of work in the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office and in the local Municipal Office. We know how to prepare documents so that the official does not have to ask for their supplement.

Our team consists of 7 people. Each of us has worked at least 8 years on projects at the junction of business and public administration. We do not hire interns to conduct key talks. This is important because in relations with the regulator, one mistake in the interpretation of regulations can stop an investment for 5 months. If the case requires a personal visit to the office, we go there without delay. In October 2024, we helped a production company from Gdynia clarify an environmental reporting error. The potential penalty was PLN 12,400, but thanks to a quick correction and substantive arguments, it ended with a warning. Such situations require the presence of someone who can talk factually with controllers.

Arguments instead of emotions is our basic rule of work. We prepare documentation so carefully that in the last quarter 91% of the applications we submitted passed formal verification on the first attempt. We focus on hard data and specific legal articles. Instead of writing general requests, we refer to current ministry guidelines and administrative court rulings. This approach makes offices treat our clients as reliable partners for dialogue.

Relations with administration is a process, not a one-time action. Currently, we serve 29 permanent corporate accounts from the Pomeranian region. Most of these companies have been working with us for over 4 years. We understand local conditions and know what mistakes to avoid in serial correspondence or when filing appeals. Sometimes we tell a client that a given idea is too risky — honesty is more important to us than a quick profit on a case doomed to failure.

Working with us means no stress when opening envelopes with an official stamp. We take care of all document logistics, from receiving letters to signing on the basis of a power of attorney. In November 2024, we closed a land division case that had been dragging on for the client for 11 months — we managed to obtain the final decision in 6 weeks. Success results from the fact that we know who in a given department is responsible for a specific section of work.
