Zero bureaucratic newspeak

No more guesswork when reading new acts

Regulations in Poland change on average every 14 days, which means constant stress for a business owner in Gdańsk. Instead of sending you bulky volumes of legal analysis that no one in the board has time to read, Kapituła Strategiczna focuses on specifics. We catch only those 3 or 4 changes in the law that actually affect your wallet or operational security in a given month. We speak plainly about what needs to be changed in the documentation by the nearest Friday to sleep soundly.

Board decisions based on hard data, not fear

In March 2023, we helped a medium-sized transport company from Pomerania interpret new guidelines regarding environmental fees. The office sent them a letter of 11 pages, written in language understandable only to officials. We shortened this newspeak to a short one-page note. The client knew exactly what he had to improve in the reports by July 14 to avoid an PLN 8,400 penalty. This is our approach – we provide arguments instead of emotions and empty words.

  • We translate complex regulations into business language within 24 hours of reporting the problem.
  • We prepare CEOs for meetings in central offices so they don't get cornered during an inspection.
  • We check documents for administrative risks that officials rarely inform about of their own will.

How does our team in Gdańsk work?

Our team currently numbers 7 people, and each of them has at least 6 years of experience in working with public administration. We are not a large corporation from Warsaw where the client is just another position in Excel. Since 2017, we have carried out 156 projects in the field of relations with administration and regulators. Every document that is created in our office at 62 Podwale Staromiejskie St. passes a simplicity test. If a financial director cannot understand the meaning of a note in 3 minutes, we rewrite it until it is clear.

Heads-up: We do not deal with simple tax returns or accounting. We enter the game where complicated disputes with regulators begin and a real talk strategy is needed, not just another stamp on an application.

We build bridges, not walls in relations with offices

Offices can be a difficult partner, but they are still people who must stick to procedures. We know how to talk to them so that both sides feel respect and a desire for agreement. Most inspections in companies end with penalties only because the board could not clearly explain its operational processes. We teach you how to construct responses to letters to be heard. In the last quarter of 2024, we took part in 12 meetings with representatives of various inspectorates, each time focusing on merit instead of arguments.

Our advisory meetings usually last 45 minutes. This is sufficient time to discuss a specific problem and leave with a ready action plan. We don't waste your time on presentations that bring nothing to the business. What matters is only what protects the company from unnecessary administrative costs.
